Leadership rounds at AWS
Role - Cloud Support Engineer
Cleared tech rounds and 2 leadership rounds are remaining. They are going to be for 1 hour each with senior folks holding 20 and 6 years of experience respectively. Will be having such rounds for the first time ever. Not sure what all will be in it for an entire hour! One of them is probably a Bar raiser.
Unlike tech rounds where you have to just keep answering the questions that come your way here it might be the case that I'll have to keep speaking on the scenario in detail for the entire time in STAR format.
I just know that I need to know the meaning of leadership principles correctly and have a real example from my journey. But I might not have experienced such a scenario relating to all principles. So maybe I'll have to make some examples. Also, I'm being told that I shouldn't repeat anything. How to have so many real relatable examples?
Important is to be ready to answer all questions on what I said.
It seems very very tricky to answer them in such a way that it is correct and also convinces them very well.
What would be some good questions to ask interviewers of these rounds?

For tech rounds focus on the CS fundamentals they will mostly ask around that, JD and whatever you have in your resume. Leadership/Managerial not done yet. Not really. You can ask me if you have any questions. Happy to help!
