Linkin Park has a new lead singer
The band is finally back to performing live, and may be releasing new music.
Emily Armstrong is taking over the lead vocalist role in the band.
What are your thoughts, given the legacy of the band and the tragic death of Chester Bennigton?
Numb.

It’s certainly a new chapter. Chester will never really be replaced.
Still like that she has an energy that follows in his footsteps. Staying cautiously optimistic at the moment. 🤞🏼

Was about to write the same. They would have formed a new band all together

Meh, should have picked some one else. She's a good singer no doubt, but doesn't fit the Linkin park vibe. Any of the other metal core band singers would have suited.

he was already the lead singer before chester
I wasn’t referring to Mike Shinoda.
He has definitively the most diversified skillset in the band, and is a key part of what made Linkin Park Linkin Park.
There’s a new singer by the name of Emily Armstrong who is going to be the lead vocalist.
They did a livestream yesterday. The main set starts around the 17 minute mark.
