Recently nasscom chairman said that BPO and Call centre jobs are at maximum risk. 50B usd industry in India. Many digital apps now have only bots and no human interaction. Hope u got the future course of action for teleperformance.

It obviously can't replace call centre right now but AI does a good job as chatbot which is a decent competition to the call centre business. I don't see a reason for why its shares won't fall
