This sounds overpriced, rents in AECS layout are cheaper, also is this a gated community, doesn't sound like it. You can easily get a 3bhk in a decent community for 45k.

This Aecs in Singasandra near Kudlu not the brookfield one. This is the standard price here, infact I have seen more expensive 2bhks upto 55k
