For the outsider there are options like skratch, strykr which can pack on 30& 50grams of carbs in a single bar,  I am an endurance runner myself constantly running more than 70 to 80 km per week, tried Snickers&whole truth, didn't like both for them.  I am open for trying out newer recommendations??

I'm struggling to consistently hit my daily protein goals, which should be around 150 grams given my body weight. How do you all manage to consistently achieve this? Apart from chicken, eggs, whey protein, paneer, milk, and peas, what are some other good sources of protein? Are protein bars a reliable option? Dear remote workers on Grapevine, have any of you been on a 2-3 month long workation spanning multiple cities? I am planning to go on one and cover south of India - Coorg, Chikmaglur, Gokarna, Hampi, Kochi, Alleppey, Munnar, Wayanad, Pondicherry. 

Am I being to ambitious? I think I can manage 1-2 weeks or more at most of these places. Will stay in hostels - easier to make friends there + it’s cheap.

I'm almost 27 and I started working out 3 months back ( woh bhi on/off on style ). And recently one friend of mine suggested that I should try the whole truth protein bar. 

I tried it and tbh I liked the taste and since it contains zero added sugar that added more charm to it. 

But to my surprise after two times every time I'm trying it is almost out of stock on Blinkit 😢. 

I wanna whether it is that good that it is getting out of stock or it is not good that's why it is not being available.
