Recommendations for workout supplements
My trainer wants me to start taking a pre-workout and an EAA supplement. Any suggestions on good, reliable brands for a beginner who is trying to lose weight?
Maintain your diet in calorie deficit.
Burn more calories in gym, outdoor
Have good carbs, protein in your diet.
You can try Muscleblaze biozyme whey protein (24g protein) is really good and pocket friendly. Along with that you can try MB oats (19g protein in one scoop and 250ml milk) , creatine.
Rest you can have meat, fish, eggs, paneer, soyabean to keep your daily protein intake at least 1.5x of your weight.
All the best!🔥

I would have recommend USP Labs Jack 3D, but that’s not available in India as of now. Other that you can try Cellulor C4 or Pre-Kaged…
If you’re a beginner, I would definitely ask you not to use pre-workout supplements. You should firstly use your body’s innate strength before opting for pre-workout.
Consuming pre-workout supps might not allow you to sleep properly as they are quite high in caffeine. Apart from it, your body gets used to pre-workout and your natural capabilities tend to decrease in the longer run.
You can utilise pre-workout when you want to have a shredded body and need that extra strength for highly increased resistance training.
For starters, I would recommend you to either consume coffee(without milk) or green tea before workout.
U really do not require supplements if your diet is on point n pre workouts , try black coffee , works wonders for me

You don't need these supplements. Protein and Creatine are more than enough. Check out some YT videos you will get good insights.
