Looking for property suggestions in and around mumbai

Hey Mumbaikars, I'm relocating to Mumbai this December. I wanted to understand the housing scenario there. I'm looking for a budget, 1 or 2 bhk to be shared by 2 to 3 people. It should have min amenities like a fridge and a washing machine. It's better if it's in a gated society. Max budget for total rent for the flat/apartment is 12k to 15k. Need your advice on if I should get my place near the office for a slightly higher price or should I go for a cheaper place slightly far from the office. My office is in Chirak Nagar, Thane.

Do you imagine living in a tier 1 city having luxuries or moving abroad or having a family? What do you aspire to be? I aspire to have a 2 BHK with a game studio and a nice minimalist kitchen in a crowded marketplace area.

Looking for suggestions on good societies for a bachelor near Nariman Point in a budget of 40-50k per room.

I want to learn swimming since a long while. However there aren't many swimming pools around me. The pools i found online were very expensive, or registration full, or specific time that I wasn't available on. Please help your buddy out. I am looking for one between Andheri and Dadar (can stretch out more if needed).

Just as the title says, how on earth were you able to find a decent flat/pg? I'll be moving to Andheri East next week and I have been trying hard to find affordable renting options but haven't been able to. The properties are either way too expensive, ask for way too high security deposit or just don't prefer bachelors. Brokerage is also a problem. What helped you all in finding a decent flat? Any leads would be helpful. TIA!

I’m looking for flats / decent PGs near Vikhroli West / Powai / Andheri East preferably. It’s been pretty hard to find them. I thought of trying out some co living spaces such as Stanza Living, but the reviews are mixed so I’m unsure. I’m trying NoBroker and other stuff too, but nothing decent yet. What would you suggest is the best way for someone to go about this process, as I’m new to everything Mumbai.

Since, I am working in a completely remote job, I don't mind staying far away from IT hubs like Bellandur, HSR layout, Indiranagar. Must have - 1. gated community but not necessarily as big as Sobha, Godrej, Prestige 2. surrounding areas should be green, wide roads with very minimal traffic 3. 1 or more balconies 4. 1 car parking Nice to have - 1.
