Loosing on negotiation

I have interned for an iot based start-up for 3 months. Following the completion of the internship period I was offered a full time offer and got a chance to negotiate my salary. CTO offered me 4.8 LPA and I could only say that my expectations are around 6LPA knowing that other developers with the same experience are getting 7LPA +. Now I am feeling bad about not negotiating well (though my expectations were also around 7LPA). The CTO said he will see what he can do, and I doubt he will give me around 5.4-5.5. Now I don't know what to do, I've blundered in negotiation. Any tips on what I can do? I can't change job as I am a fresher with only 3 months of intern experience.

Chill bro.
In the long run, this small difference will not matter.
And not many people get the chance to negotiate, so be grateful.

ig I am overthinking on this. You are right, this is a big thing for me rn but in the long run it is a small difference only. Though I learnt a negotiation lesson with this incident 😅

If you have to compare yourself with those who are earning 7lpa+, you should also factor in those that are jobless right now.

1 or 2 lakhs here and there don't really matter in the grand scheme of things as long as the work is good and helps you grow.
