Hi, I have been working in TCS for the last 7.5 yrs. There hasn't been a good financial growth in all these yrs, so, now I am planning to look for a job change. I have worked on technologies like python, ML, azure cloud, data bricks, azure data factory etc.

We faced a really slow moving job market in Indian IT last financial year. I heard this year it will open some opportunities. It is almost the end of April and I am not getting any calls from the recruiters. FYI, I am a Java backend tech lead, Open for architect position as well. Having 9+ experience entirely in the same technology and in the digital banking domain. 

I am worried, will the market ever be back to normal like it was pre-covid? Even during lockdown, there was a lot of hiring.  
What's wrong now? 
Wars one after another, making uncertainty.
I personally feel, during the WFH period they hired people from different cities and made them work together, which worked fine for WFH. Now they're forcing us to work with a team which is not in your office, not even in your city. Now, they don't need to hire people from the same city/location which makes their job easier. They just pick someone from the pool, internal  recruitment etc. 
People are fearing job security so a very few are putting papers, resulting in no vacancies. 

The market is completely biased towards employers and we can't do anything about it.
When will this end?

Hi I have completed 3 years in Infosys, got H1B visa initiated, stamping is pending and got IJP too but with less learning and no hikes, decided to switch, currently serving notice period.

Having 5.5 yoe, got almost 67% hike including variable pay.
I wanted to get into a prod based company, with good benefits and job security. But now my client wanted to hire me, didn't discuss anything on compensation yet, what to do, they might not offer more than 20% compared to current offer.


And once they decide I can't negotiate again, still i am having 1.5 months left for my LWD.
Is it OK to accept this offer or do I need to look for any other offer.

Client is forcing to confirm in 2-3 days.

Most of the companies are mentioning that there is no budget for my expected CTC or else they won't come back after taking details.

What to do in this kind of situation, kindly suggest

I am working remotely at a SaaS company for 4+ years now. I started working since my final year of engineering. I joined here as a software engineering intern when the product was really new and booming. I have gotten bored of my work now, especially since I have been working from home all the time. I have very little social life. And I am getting fixed salary of about $1400 each month. I am thinking of switching to any Indian startup because I am not happy with my job being so monotonous and less pay at this level of experience. What should be the approach to crack the interviews? I have done DSA practice during my college days, but didn't crack any interviews with it. I am a full stack web developer but it doesn't excite me anymore and I want to stick to backend roles. And is it possible to crack an interview with for 30-40 LPA at this stage? Or do I have to climb up a salary ladder for a couple of years?
