Hi Grapes, I have an interview with Meesho this week for the Associate Business Manager position. I'm curious if anyone here has experience in a similar role at Meesho? Specifically, I'd like to know what types of case studies and logical reasoning questions they typically ask during the interview process. Additionally, how are the work-life balance, opportunities for learning and development, and the growth trajectory at Meesho?

I interviewed with them for a associate growth manager role - first round was basically about your current job and a problem statement was given about meesho. My question was how would I scale a BNPL product on Meesho, with the north star metric being users who complete first order through BNPL. I was under prepared, so I fucked it up. But honestly I find the app and the company a bit shady. Too good to be true kind of Financials, while the app experience is shitty for a user. Maybe someone from meesho can comment on the work environment

Hiring for 3 Associate Manager (AM) roles in my span at Meesho. The problem statements are in the Engagement charter, i.e., what can we do to keep users coming back to the app, discover relevant products, and drive purchase behaviour. 30% of the role is Strategy (user research to identify problems, analysis to validate) and 70% is Ops (design experiments, measure progress, align stakeholders, deliver impact). The ideal candidate has 2 years of B2C start-up experience after UG, ideally in a growth role. Location: Bangalore (3 days in office / week) The hiring process is 3 interviews and an assignment. We're using the assignment to shortlist. We're accepting applications till 19th March, shortlisting till 22nd March, and interviewing till end-March. Please share honest reviews about Meesho. I have seen extremely mixed reviews on Grapevine and Glassdoor so not sure if I should join there or not. Role is in their product team Also, can anyone shed some light on how they have become profitable with 0 commission while other companies which charge commission as well as a platform fees are not

Meesho DS Interview

Currently, I have one offer of 18 LPA (15 LPA Fixed + 3 LPA Variable Pay), and my date of joining (DOJ) is 14th August. I have already accepted this offer. However, today, I received a call from Meesho HR, offering to pay 30% more than my earlier offer. The process involves four rounds. Given that I have only 10 days left until my DOJ, I am feeling confused about how to proceed. What should be my ideal approach in this situation?

Meesho - Business Analyst

Today, I took a test for the role of Business Analyst at Meesho. The test consisted of three questions, with the first two being moderate in difficulty compared to the third. The first two questions were multiple-choice, requiring me to find bugs in the code. However, the third question was significantly more challenging, as it required writing an advanced SQL query, which was something I had never encountered before. Hey Guys !!!!! I have got the following offers from Swiggy and Meesho for an analytics role. Expecting another offer from Hike in the coming week. Please help me decide on which one to pick from an overall perspective. My Profile:- 2.2 YOE as an analyst at a service based company (Tredence Analytics) want to switch to a PBC. Swiggy:- Role offered:- Business Analyst Comp:- 15 LPA (all fixed) no JB, no ESOPs Location:- Remote (Huge Plus for Me) Meesho:- Role offered:- Business Analyst Comp:- 14 LPA (base) + 2 LPA ESOPs + 1 LPA JB Location:- Bangalore Folks from Swiggy and Meesho , Please Guide your pal on the basis of work culture , growth prospects and overall career trajectory. Personally I am inclined towards Swiggy due to remote working policy but don’t want to make a decision solely on the basis of it.
