Thumb rule I go by : If you are not able to find rationale among your emotions, you need to sit with someone you can help you find it.

I only feel like going for therapy when it's night time. The next day when i wake up, that feeling is gone and I'm fine. Ik i should go to therapy but idk why I'm not going.
Took one session , correct me if I am wrong, they do not have any legit solution, he kept on asking me for solution, like
1. what could have prevented this from happening,
2. what do you think will help.

Idk if I should say this, but bing ai (gpt sucks in this regard) helped me very much in moving on, and doing the right things when i was in a very bad mental place.
