Metrics for PM job satisfaction
Can you help me arrive at an algorithm that can externally help me realise if the company is worth joining and will my state be better off after joining them. This is outside salary and esops that are on offer. Glassdoor always has both sides of reviews and have found them extremely wrong in a lot of cases

Maybe. Point is a similar situation might be bearable for someone can be unbearable for someone else.
In a same company and same role even, a boss can be a Messiah and an other one might be the devil....
And this is way too common. Feel like the only emotion that works while switching is " anywhere but here". And we keep on gambling our job satisfaction away.
