Had 5 rounds of interview with Microsoft for firmware position and got a call from the recruiter to send ghe current CTC details.
Can I expect offer? If yes, any idea how much?
Current CTC: 50 LPA (service based)

Microsoft will not pay up to your expectations. If they give good hike, next two years are going to be waste. Do good negotiation and get in.
First of all thank you so much for valuable advice from experienced people like you. But I have 2 counter questions:
1. Why do you think ms will not pay upto my expectations? Because no faang background or service based background?
2. If I don't have any offer in hand, do I have negotiating power? I want to negotiate on stocks instead of salary components. Will I be able to do that?
