I'm on the verge of receiving an offer from Microsoft for an SDE2 L62 position, despite my roughly 7 years of experience. Would this level be appropriate, or should I consider negotiating for an L63 position? Additionally, could you provide insights into the maximum budget for L62, including base salary, variable pay, and RSUs? My current base salary is close to 50 LPA with no other components. Tech stack : Nodejs, React, AWS, DevOps
CCTC: 6.5 all fixed 

Offer CTC : 8 fixed + 4 L ESOP + 1 to 1.5 performance bonus

Is it worth it.

I will be getting another offer 8.5 fixed.

How to negotiate for that.

It's is first switch and I was laid off in Feb.
I'm moderately good at problem solving and have LC : 1600+
CF : 1450+

Please share your view.
I'm really open for suggestions.

Base: 16 lpa (approx)
Joining bonus: 3.25 lpa
Stocks: 2.25 lpa (RSUs)
