I don't know about your role and other things, but if switching can make you pay better then please consider that. 
  
 Imagine putting 8-9 hours for your job plus 3-4 hours for moonlighting to get better pay compared to putting 8-9 hours for a similar paying job.

By far best advice.... Companies want you to stay in office for 10+ hrs so you don't moonlight. No company likes an employee with a backup plan.

In this situation where a employer can hire and fire anyone anytime, why “moonlighting” or working part time, having a business, doing something of your own should be problem?

If a employer can dump their employees anytime then they have to look for themselves, they have life, expenses, dependencies.

This is a high time companies change their points on this in appointment letters and contracts.

I am with an organisation where I have to work for 4-6 hours only. Sitting idle is somehow like a punishment for me. I want to do something in my free time which can give me some extra income. Is there any option for that? Suggestions are welcome.

It has become imperative to have second source of income as growth is literally stagnant, especially if you are working in some company like TCS. No promotion for last 5 years and peanuts increments. I wanted to know if any reliable platform to do small task remote jobs . Coming across lot of them on on social media but not sure if they are reliable and trustworthy.
