An LOC 'on intimation' has already been issued against Raveendran. It was opened more than one and a half years ago at the request of the ED's Kochi office. However, the investigation was later transferred to the Bengaluru office of the agency. The LOC 'on intimation' results in immigration authorities informing a probe agency about the individual going overseas but the person is not stopped from leaving the country.

These documents are crucial for my onboarding process with a new organization, and the delay is affecting my employment status.

Paying exorbitant salaries was going to bite them sooner or later, feel sad for those who will loose their jobs. But again have come across ppl who were paid insanely and were laid off not wanting to take a pay cut and join somewhere, infact they will ask more than what was their inflated last drawn salary. - The resignation letter highlighted inadequate support from Byju's management in providing necessary audit information.

6.Meeting gets called off

What made it worst? The pay, the culture, or your manager?

What's the worst company you have worked for?

ICICI Bank, they had a strict sign in timing policy where if you are late to corporate office, half day salary would be cut, It would be reversed only when manager approves. The sign out time used to be 5.15pm, but you would be made to sit till 8 pm by most of the managers even if your job is done for the day. A sign out at 6 pm used to be called as half day by most of the managers. 
 I heard now they donot have this dictatorial policy.

Byjuites here, how are the things at the organisation? With Byju's disqualifying its lenders and filing counter-suit,  I expect things may not have improved as many of us would have hoped for the largest ed-tech. Are silent lay-offs still happening?? Any other worrying signs??
