Moving to Data Science/Analysis

Hi all,

With changing technologies in IT after a long introspection, I am thinking to go to Data Science/Analysis field. Currently I am working on a project where we work on analysing data using SQL in client databases for anomalies or current flow that can be improved.

I don't have any formal learning for data analysis field, but from what I learnt I need to learn python, statistics and probability, power BI etc for moving into data analysis field. After working for a while as a data analyst I can then move to learn to be a data scientist.

Need your guidance as veterans in this field. Appreciate all the help.
