Name some 3rd party IT recruitment companies

What does unemployment around you look like? Or if not around us, for people trying to come out of Tier 2/3 towns. These mass recruiters (behemoths like Capgmeni & Cognizant + TCS Infosys) are actually the gateway for many into a city life. In the absence of it, it's scary to think what they're up to.

2023 grad. Was selected in a company during on campus placement but they have delayed joining till 2024 stating business requirements and a dearth of projects. Came to know that they have again come for campus placements to hire 2024 grads from my college. What is this recruitment strategy? Will I get joining date ever?

Hello viners! I'm a 2023 B.Tech graduate from Tier-1 college. My offer has been delayed so I'm looking for software engineering opportunities, both full-time or internship would do. I looked a lot on LinkedIn and other job boards but most of the openings have a min. 1 year experience required. I'm creating this post for people who are hiring freshers and for freshers who are looking for opportunities including me. I request people who have any leads to put it in the comments (startups are most welcomed). There are a lot of guys like me who are struggling so please take some time out and help us. I am a 2023 btech ece graduate .looking for graduate level role . I have knowledge in ERP , cloud, and tech support. I have worked 6 months as a intern in a small company and worked on dynamic 365 business central /nav customization, implementation and migration along with, azure,azure devops ,azure ai services .I am unemployed from Last 8 months due to TCS not honouring my lcs offer letter as they are delaying joining letter day by day.Any job news or referral will be helpful.

Currently I am in my second year from a Tier 3 college. On campus placements at my college for the 2024 batch is really worse. Few companies are hiring for sales roles etc. and most of them are putting tough eligibility criteria and hiring only few. To be very honest, I have no hopes from on campus placements. I am going for the off campus route. What should I do to get a decent intern in third year/fourth year and a decent job by the time of graduation? Talking about my progress, I am doing DSA, taking part in contests in Codechef, Codeforces, and Leetcode. Besides that I have started learning Machine Learning. Have done only the Math part and basics though still now. Been to 2 offline hackathons.

I was graduated in August of '22. I was placed in 3 companies during the campus placement drive, out of which one is an MNC and the other two are, let's say pretty famous in India. But due to bad decision making and other factors I decided to go with the MNC. It's been a while now yet there is no information from the company. The last mail I received was in the month of November, which is why I am afraid now. Are there any internships or job openings I can apply for? I'm an non IT candidate with decent skills in programming. Are there any courses I can do meanwhile? Thanks in advance.

I got to know from my friends that Capgemini is hiring freshers through on campus drives. I want to apply through off campus but job posting is not available on career sites. I am interested in joining Capgemini.

I'm currently a master's student will be graduating this year 2024 and placements have been very hard to us despite being in one of the premier institute of India. As working professionals what do you suggest me to tackle this situation also please do let me know if any of your companies are looking to hire a fresher. Already had a year gap after graduation for GATE preparation. Prefered roles : Software Development

Hello Developers!!! I am 22M, completed BE in computer Engineering. Upon completion of graduation (May 2023), I worked as an ML engineer (internship); fast forward to December 2023, I had interview scheduled for ML position (off-campus) at reputed company (non-IT), which I passed and after interview in December, I was told to wait for offer letter. Actually, I was referred by the employee of the company. So, till the end of January, I did not receive any update from company regarding offer letter. I asked a person who referred me, he told me that HR has been changed and due to that reason, your onboarding process might be on hold. However, In February new HR got hired and I literally left the hope to receive callback from the company, but after some time I received call from new HR, and again scheduled interview with same manager with whom I was previously interviewed. Manager was quite satisfied with me and asked me If I was ready to join as soon as possible. I assured him to join ASAP. After this interview also I was eagerly waiting for the offer letter; Again, left the hope of receiving any response. However, now it was a beginning of March, and one day I received call from HR, asking for my documents, to release the offer letter. Now it's almost mid-March and again no callback from HR, and no update regarding my joining. It's a journey of 4 months. I never wrote a follow-up mail to HR or manager regarding, onboarding process. Till now I was just asking my referee regarding any updates. It seems cumbersome to him also to ask manager repeatedly regarding my offer-letter. Should I write follow-up mail to either HR or manager. If yes, what should I mention in it? - Thank you
