I am one of you, but my hustle is filled with a lot of chaos. I'm reaching out for help as I’ve been trying to figure things out for the last few years, and now it’s high time I sought advice here.

I belong to the COVID-19 batch and graduated in journalism and mass communication from Chandigarh University. During the pandemic, our business suffered great losses, and currently, I am the only one earning for my family. I've been extremely unlucky with jobs and now feel exhausted and ready to quit. In the last three years, I’ve worked with four different companies, lasting a maximum of 7-8 months at each. Presently, I am employed at a company where I have to monitor campaigns 24/7. My teammates and I constantly face hate and pressure from management to either quit or deliver results.

Imagine this: my salary is 40k, but my monthly revenue target is close to 1 crore. It’s a terrible situation. I have to create subpar campaigns on Google AdWords to generate traffic and clicks. Sometimes, we’re even asked to use provocative images to attract an audience. There’s no control over things—it’s purely luck-based right now, and we get blamed every day.

I want to change my job, but every company rejects me due to my experience and short tenures. They want someone who has been stable in their roles. I don’t know what certifications to pursue, what skills to learn, or who will hire me after doing all this. I am tired of this. Can someone please help me with any suggestions or guidance?

I am a 2016 BE-ECE graduate . No work experience due to some personal reasons.I was needed by my mom and niece.I did prepared for bank and govt exams ..but failed after giving exams numerous times..After that in mind 2018 my bad karma followed me unfortunately me n my sister fell into MLM shithole..Gladly escaped from it in 2019 dec..then in 2020 my family crisis and COVID starts...my job hunt is not so gud..In 2021 had leg fracture and in bed soar for 6 months..2022 learned about my life scenario and started to go for an unpaid internship..where i experienced the worst and left the place within a month and my parents got my marriage fixed.But the real shit happened after marriage.I lost my dad within a week after marriage.Tht son of bitch and his mom turned upside down and i choose to stand for myself by ended up the 32 days of my marriage life..now preparing for IELTS exam and planning to pursue masters though not sure of the course to take ..I know it depends on my interest..but i really don't know what to choose as I am afraid of coding..I am having basic knowledge of python,HTML and CSS..but stopped learning JS...should I be able to start my career in IT?will I be able to start my career now? please help... studying masters is a right thing or idk where I am going to end up? i am really open to 
any kind of suggestions ... totally blank about my like..

I have been applying for data analyst and junior data scientists role for the last 3 months but not getting enough response. I apply for more than 20+ jobs on daily basis lekin tab bhi kuch nhi ho rha hai. I have built 2 project on ML, 1 on NLP and 3-4 good project on data analytics. I graduated in May 2023 then I decided to learn Data science ( uske pehle bhi college me 3-4 mahine thoda padha tha) now I have so many doubts regarding my career and rejection

Ab to kabhi kabhi apne decision pr regret bhi hota hai.

To solve the experience issue I have decided to do a decent marketing job (only for 6-7months) so that I can show it in my CV aur kuch savings bhi kr lu.
