Need HR perspective
I have had to quit my current company within 4 months since I cannot be this far from hometown due to family health issues, is that considered a "frequent-switch". I love the role that I’m doing but I have to quit due to these unforeseen reasons, I do have a remote role which aligns better at a much riskier company than my current (the offer is from a pre seed company)
Nahi bro. No one notices. Go for it. If you think it’s a frequent switch, hide it from your resume.
