I am currently working in a startup which pays 38lpa base and no stocks, no EPF. Plus point is complete work from home. So i accepted it. 
But then I am thinking if I was low balled, as I have 6 years experience including 2 other MAANG level companies i worked with (not exactly MAANG but nearby)
My previous compensation was 28 base and stocks of 7 lakh per year.
I didn't had any competing offer so accepted it.
I am planning to study DSA and system design to start applying again in one year.

Offer CTC : 8 fixed + 4 L ESOP + 1 to 1.5 performance bonus

Is it worth it.

I will be getting another offer 8.5 fixed.

How to negotiate for that.

It's is first switch and I was laid off in Feb.
I'm moderately good at problem solving and have LC : 1600+
CF : 1450+

The rough numbers given to me are 
base: mid 40s and 10% variable bonus (overall comes around near 50LPA)
(There is no other component apart from these)

I need help with the following:

1. HR told me they don’t give ESOPs etc. I just wanted to confirm if I should negotiate on this because on Leetcode I’m seeing they offered joining bonus as well as ESOPs.
