Need advice

Hi I have dedicated 3 years of my life working day night to build a brand in ecommerce segment, from product sourcing to selling, finance reconciliation and cashflow management. I am getting 10% of profits after all expenses plus have 3% equity [to be offered soon]. But my pay is not more than 1 lakh per month and I don't think I will be able sell equity anytime soon because my partner is a very rigid guy and nobody seems interested in investing in us. For past 1.5 years he has become sluggish as we are earning 6-7 lakhs and has drinking problems, all the major task are done by me and i dont have support to hire right kind of people as we are bootstarpped and everything is expected from me. I can take leave whenever i want but i am expected to work on sat sun too. Now i have been offered 1.5 lakh per month plus incentive for similar role in an new brand as Brand Head of established and funded ecommerce company. They have funds for growth and a team for expansion. Company COO belives in me and is offering this role, he knows his current team is foolish, lacks enthusiasm and slow to execute. Sat-sun off Problems 1. 3.5Lakh is pending to be paid to me from current firm. How should i approach to get that money? 2. How to convince my partner who is an industry veteran and my mentor that i want to leave? 3. Anything I should be confirm from latter company before quiting in previous firm. What should i do?

I have been interviewing at a startup. Initially I told my expectations to be 38LPA Later came to know, they pay much more. Have cleared all the interviews, how can I negotiate for more salary? Current compensation - 27LPA Yoe - 6.5 Role: Senior frontend engineer

Interviewing at Founders Office Roles and Program Manager Roles at startup’s as a fresher with relevant internship experience. How much should I quote ? I previously had a 7L PPO at a bad startup but now even market leaders are offering me 4-5L. What should be a justifiable quote from my side ?

I'm frontend React Javascript developer with overall 4 years of experience (out of which 2yrs in react) Sitting with 5Lpa at TCS. What should I answer on expected salary in interviews. And if possible guide me reason for that ask. (Sorry for posting again but really need idea on this)

I joined a startup in 2021 with a 6 LPA package. After about a year I learnt that one of my colleague, who had joined 3 month before me, and who's from the same batch (2021) as mine is being paid 12 LPA for the same role, even though I'm much better than him in terms of programming knowledge and development skills. Learning that killed all the motivation I had to work and now I feel cheated and deceived. How should I deal with this situation ?

My current CTC is 8.1 Ipa and during interview rounds, I have asked for 15 LPA as that was the budget of the role. It's an MNC BANK. Not revealing the company. Now they are saying that only a 30% hike is possible because no one in the industry will give more than 30% of the current salary it seems. I asked what kind of logic is this as my skill sets are good and I have cleared all technical rounds. They say that's how it is. This is in hr discussion. What to do in such a situation? How to ask?

#startup the word has lost value since the 2020/21 era and employees/founders are actually feeling it now. #Founders felt like Sugar Daddies and employees started asking for it. What is a real startup? no actual chair to even sit, that is a startup, you don't have loads of money, hence the word (we are a startup) During 2019 end to 2022 people got ridiculous amounts of funding, funds beyond the actual numbers, 44x revenue multiples and what not, like bro, do you have a proper GTM, nobody fkin knows, but are you the founder that know that other guy? yes, here here take my money, strip my VC fund and take all of it. Employees were looking for Sugar daddies not companies, fkin 2 off sites/ quarter, #bmw bikes/cars, 5X salary competitions, unlimited time offs, (Do you know how many actual leaves are ideal in an actual #startup? 0). Joining bonuses going upto $10k in India. Are you serious? is that a startup, or a sugar daddy? Most of these startups went bankrupt or have lost value because they deserve it, They were working in startups because the leadership is a young team, it's real chill and all those bs. founders were doing it because it was trendy and cool. Nothing actually converts into value. These employees are all out there looking for same packages now, obviously they ain't getting it, so taking paycuts. Those founders are in some corner of some city, building their next idea!

I have an offer for Founder's office role for 18.8L all inclusive, remote setup. I feel I'm being low balled as glassdoor, ambitionbox, payscale, 6figr say avg salary is 23-25L with 3L bonus Thoughts?
