Need guidance.

Guys, I am planning to pursue SAP Successfactors certification as I have 15 years of experience in HR. Also, I have implemented SAP Successfactors in my 2 previous organisations as an HR admin user. I am exploring a training institute who will help me with proper certification and initial live projects to learn. I came to know some fake institutes are fooling job aspirants. Hence, experience guidance from you guys.

I am little confused. I am from non tech background, general science graduate to be specific. I am working in customer service for past 2 years. Now i want to move in IT. So i am thinking about learning SAP. But i want suggestion which SAP module would be suitable for me as per my background and also give me a high paying job.

How do you consider is the role of SAP consultant in a textile industry for fresher( Btech CSE ) Also please give insight of what SAP consultant is supposed to do Should CSE graduate consider role of SAP consultant (Asking for my sister) She is in CSE from Tier 3 government engineering College

At the age of 32 I want to switch career from electrical background to IT. After some research I want to go to SAP basis, or any other ERP. At this age is it right thing to do?? Plz suggest. I have learnt SAP basis from online and is somewhat good at it. But didn't work professional in SAP. Used to practice from rented servers and dumps. In electrical am earning 40,000 which I think is low and I can't see better future pay than this here. Although the job is stable, pay is very less in this field. Please give suggestions
