Need recommendations for therapists in Bangalore

I haven't been doing mentally well since I don't know when. I've been extremely self critical about myself to the extent that it has negatively affected my relationship with loved ones. I think I have ADHD as I strongly feel I have the symptoms that are described in YouTube or in any article online. To make matters worse, I am not doing well in terms of my career, my finances have taken a hit, have gained 12+ kilos since a year, unable to focus on work and upskilling and I have anger issues. I am 30 YO and I feel my life is turning into a disaster. Can someone please recommend therapists in Bangalore to whom I can talk face to face? I sometimes feel I'm seeking sympathy but in reality, I just need help. There is a lot of guilt, regret and self hatred rooted deep inside me which has wrecked my confidence, self love, compassion which has started to affect others. So if you guys know anyone, please let me know.

@Bhisphot Heart It Out is too expensive. Can afford 1k per session as not everything can be resolved in one session. I feel it demands one session per week.

I’ve been recommended to try out Compathy as it’s nearby. It’s ₹1.5k/session as I last checked.

@printf Did you try? If yes, how hard was it for you to open up about everything the therapist asked?

I didn’t go, their scheduling was a bit slow during new year. So I just started reading “How to stop worrying and start living”. But I plan to go very soon as I cannot put this off for long.

Feel free to reach out to me, I might not be a professional but I think you also need a listener.

For cheaper options, astrotalk can be used online over a voice call. For offline sessions there are many in the comments. Good luck. I am just a ping away if you need a common non judging person to talk to.

I just figured, I would need 140 grapes to reach out to someone here.

I dont know about any therapist but these are common feelings experienced at some phase of life. I can share what I did…. Firstly, talk to somebody(your family member/friend) who would listen you unconditionally. We have that atleast 1 person in our life who supports us.
Next try to take one thing at a time. Trying to do too many things impatiently leads to being harsh on ourselves. Pick one thing at a time and complete it to reduce anxiety. Engage yourself in some sort of meditation. This might seem not to work initially but in few days your mind will become calmer and you will be able to think and do your tasks better. This is something that works internally and slowly but is worth 1000 times.
