Education: from Tier 2 NIT Years of Experience: 6 Years Previous Compensation: 35.5 LPA + 1.25LPA (RSU) Company: Microsoft Level: L62 Base Salary: 39 LPA Signing bonus: 4 L (First Year) + 3.5 L (Second Year) Stock Bonus: 65k USD for 4 years Relocation Bonus: 3 LPA + 1.5 LPA Cash Bonus: upto 20 percent (average :10% -> 3.7) Total Compensation: 1st year: 39LPA + 3.7LPA + 4LPA + 4.5LPA + 13.64 LPA = 64.84 LPA 2nd Year: 39LPA + 3.7LPA + 3.5LPA + 13.64 LPA = 59.84 LPA 3rd Year onwards: 37 LPA + 3.7LPA + 13.64 LPA = 54.34 Benefits: Standard Microsoft Benefits I currently don't have an offer in hand, but this one feels quite low. Despite negotiations, the recruiter is unwilling to adjust the terms. Given the need to relocate from Noida to Hyderabad for a team in the Azure vertical, I'm unsure whether to accept it. Could you advise on what I should do?
