Need suggestions on switching jobs.

Hi I am looking for some advice. Currently working in Accenture as Java developer with overall 5 yoe. Skilled in sprint boot rest API and Microservices. I am planning to switch now what is the current market rate that we can expect ? Current salary is 9.4lpa please advise

I am working remotely at a SaaS company for 4+ years now. I started working since my final year of engineering. I joined here as a software engineering intern when the product was really new and booming. I have gotten bored of my work now, especially since I have been working from home all the time. I have very little social life. And I am getting fixed salary of about $1400 each month. I am thinking of switching to any Indian startup because I am not happy with my job being so monotonous and less pay at this level of experience. What should be the approach to crack the interviews? I have done DSA practice during my college days, but didn't crack any interviews with it. I am a full stack web developer but it doesn't excite me anymore and I want to stick to backend roles. And is it possible to crack an interview with for 30-40 LPA at this stage? Or do I have to climb up a salary ladder for a couple of years?

Just I want to ask anyone has recently switched from the same company with same experience and stack or from other companies as well , so that I will get glimpse about what questions currently recruiters are asking nowadays and what salary expectations should we put infront of HRs . Hello fellow engineers , I am quite struggling with the job switch considering the Market. I have 1.5 yoe in CloudOps,7.5 lpa ,WFH I wanted to switch to SDE 1 role ,but guys guess what applied like 250.jobs in past 28 days , I didn't receive a single call from HR. Should I consider pursuing M.tech from IIT (crack gate with good score) as IIT placement offer high package like normally good companies visit them with 18-35 lpa. I am not being greedy, I need to support my mother, I need to get her OWN house and all the best things she sacrificed to teach me . That's the reason I need to earn more .

Also, is it even fine to switch right now as per market conditions? I work at a good MNC with 10 billion dollar + revenue, but I joined here as a fresher so I get paid less. Hi, I have been working in Infosys for past 3.5yrs. my starting salary wad 5lpa and now it's 8lpa. I feel I should be compensated more based on work that I put into my projects for which the most feasible option would be to switch. Hence, I need some advice related to job-switching from fellow software engineers who have already been able to do that. My skills are Java-spring boot , react , sql, github copilot, kubernetes, What other skills do I need to know to be able switch comfortably? Kindly suggest some websites where I should be applying from. In the coming days maybe after March would be good time to apply, don't you think? What scope do I have in product based companies? TIA

Hey guys , I am an IT dihadi majdur. Have zero idea about Investment. Let me share my income: I receive 30k in hand from which I have to save 20k for my brother's engineering. Rest of the money I transfer to my mother's account as we have a small loan ( 2 lakhs aprx ). Any tips how can I start investing, heard about SIP but don't know how to do it and where to invest. Can anyone please guide me step by step. Also I have 2.5 years of experience in Java. Any career related guidance will really help.
