Don’t know what you should expect from them but for you I would say you should ask for a better hike than this. This is too low. Minimum you should ask for 26-27lpa as fixed.

I'm expecting an offer from Nielsen Media for a Senior Software Engineer position. I have 3 years of experience with a current package of 20 LPA fixed, plus a 3 LPA retention bonus payable over 2 years.

They are offering me 23 LPA fixed plus 2 LPA variable.

Could anyone share what I should expect from Nielsen for an SSE position in terms of salary and potential hikes? Also, any insights into the work culture there would be appreciated.

Hi Guys, I got an offer from Nielsen Media. Just wanted to know WLB, current operating mode, onsite opportunities, salary hike and ESOP related things. Any feedback regarding this will be highly appreciated.

Job portal of Nielsen IQ restricts to 15 Lakhs max on expected salary. It's a drop down and no option beyond that. It is mandatory field too. 

Does Nielsen IQ pay only that much or is it just a bug and should I ignore it and apply?

Would this level be appropriate, or should I consider negotiating for an L63 position? I got an offer from Infosys for the position of lead consultant. And they fixed a salary of 29 LPA with 80% take-home pay and 20% variable pay. My total experience is 13 years. So could you please tell me if 29 LPA is the correct value for the lead consultant, or should I go for further negotiation? Also, can you please help me before accepting the offer letter? What are the things I should ask Infosys HR? Should I ask for a for a joining bonus as well? Please guide me if you have experience with negotiation.

I have my final round of interview scheduled for Niyo Solution Inc for APM profile.

Given that I have 1+ year of full time experience and have interned 1 year as Product intern before that, how much can I expect? 

Current Salary: 13.5 fixed + 2 rentention + 2 performance based 

Offered Salary: 18 fixed

FYI: They have currently hired few freshers for this position and are offering 18 fixed. Given that I have 1+ YOE, I think it’s a unfair deal for me.
