No 1-on-1s with Manager
For the past few months, my 1-on-1s with my manager had been cancelled. Instead now, every month the manager is having a team discussion wherein my team members and I are present. I feel that this might be a way to tell me to leave the organisation. But on a separate note, recently I was awarded extra ESOPs under a separate high performance program. I am little confused now.
How does this relate from one on one to the manager against the complete team . This saves time
True but here’s the thing. At my same level, there are other senior managers as well, and all of them are still having 1-on-1s with my manager. For me though, the dynamics changed. So little confused.
Every manner has their own way of doing things. Maybe yours is a little easy going
