Is the frontend market for react/react-native saturated? I am 9 year experienced and getting calls is very rare. I rate myself as a great engineer and have experience building large scale as well shipping mvps for startups. What has gone wrong?
Is it so? This is alarming situation then.
But in LinkedIn there are plenty of job openings posts.
I don’t know. Maybe i should work on my profile and resumé more. But last time out when i switched i had plenty of calls.
Are you targeting a Team Lead role or a Manager role or a SDE 3 role also would you consider your work as managing or individual contributor ?
My role is more on IC as architect or designing systems. I provide mentorship to fellow colleagues. It’s a 60:40 split.
Its not saturated, its just that the hiring is on cold feet right now. Give it some time it comes back.
