Non-salary perks at Zepto
I am finalising offer of SDE2 with Zepto but to get a clear picture and compare with competing offers, I want to understand what non-salary perks does zepto offer? How much health insurance? Are parents covered in health insurance? Is free meals available? Or some meal allowance (apart from salary) Company provided cab? I understand it is 5 days work from office, but are one off WFH requests accepted? How about Holi diwali times, do they allow longer WFH during those periods? What are the relocation benefits offered? How many leaves are there? Are leaves encashable? Any other perks that might be being offered?
If you are in finalizing talks, why not ask them? These things should be discussed in offer discussion itself
