Offer selection

I am not able to decide which one to choose. The Groww internship is guaranteed that if I perform well I will get PPO(15 LPA) and swiggy one is dicy if even it does have PPO. Since only one more month is left for my graduation, taking any of these internships will require me to leave the FTE offer. Any suggestions fellow developers??

I have two offers EY india (Data Science Consultant) and Deloitte USI (ML/AI Engineer Analyst level). Need help in decision making which would be better for future career perspective, growth, learning and hopefully in abroad job search.

I'm a fresher, and in my last sem of Masters. I'm currently interning at Company A which will offer ppo of 6lpa. I also have an offer from Company B with 9.12lpa ctc. The thing is I've got the developer role at my internship(company A) and the role I would get at Company B will be luck based(was campus placement). So which offer should I proceed with? Which would be a wiser and better option?

Have an offer from a growth stage startup for SDE Intern. Subsequently, also an offer from Fintech PBC. Tech stack at Startup: Java, Spring, MongoDB Tech stack at Fintech PBC: Testing framework and tools Startup stipend: 25,000 Rs Fintech PBC stipend: 60,000 Rs My inclination is more towards the SDE role purely because of the wide exposure while the money at Fintech is too good for now but there is not much room from growth and also with Al taking over Help me make a decision!

I'm in the Cybersecurity Domain for almost 4 years. I have 4 offers with the same CTC from Circles Bangalore, Happiest Minds Tech Noida, EY and TCS (retention) Which would be the better option to switch based on work culture and work life balance?

Offer in EY India: Role - Manager Joining bonus - 2L Committed bonus - 4L Current CTC -31LPA (Fixed) EY CTC - 31LPA (no variable pay) - they want me to join on almost the same CTC. ONLY BENEFIT - Medical and Gratuity outside 31LPA. Should I join or wait for other offers? NOTE - I have no other offers in hand.

Long story told short, I have couple of offers: from Deloitte and TCS with salary raise upto 40% from my current CTC. Ofcourse, I had plans to go ahead with Deloitte. My current YoE is 3.9Years. And I’ll be joining as an Analyst at Deloitte. (No change in band, im joining entry level position as my current company). But, If I complete 4 years of experience, I could move on to next band with significant change in pay slab joining as a consultant. My joining date is nearing, and I’m thinking to defer the offer for now, Try again after few months once I complete 4 years. What do you guys suggest? Domain: SAP EWM consultant. Hi Folks , Need your advice in selecting the companies I have received an offer from. Initially thought more offers the better , but it has become really confusing. . My priority is WLB>Growth>Salary Data Engineer,5 yeo. Offers: ECOLAB (American MNC,work leader in chemical manufacturing) : 19.5fixed 21 CTC Deloitte India: 18 fixed 20 CTC EY India : 19 fixed 21 CTC KPMG global services: 19 fixed 21 .5 CTC. Please help me with your inputs so i can make a better decision. +PS any folks working in shell here? Thanks,
