Plain simple facts
Same for me but I heard this is much more organised in JPMC.
Never been more accurate.
Once the recruiter just read everything from a presentation and refused to take any questions.
They often end the onboarding saying "if you have any questions please reach out" but if we do reach out they never respond.
They should allow the recruiter to do the onboarding sessions. These guys are the ones who build up the so called culture.
