How many of you believe that a moderately sized resume is preferable to a forceful one-page or two-page resume? Additionally, for those who conduct interviews, do you genuinely prefer the one-page format

I prefer 1 pager, I'm not rejecting others. I have to spend additional time scrolling through 4 pages of stories

Contrarian opinion - Force fitting your stuff into a single page does more harm than having a 2-pager.

Never go beyond 2 pages in any case. Always try to keep the most critical content on the first page and only nice-to-have stuff on the second page (if needed at all).
