BTW I got an email saying they wanna reconnect and see if there are any opportunities which interests me!! 
Last time I was there they totally froze hiring and I guess till now two hike cycles are skipped😗 I believe most of the people are frustrated and looking for better opportunities..

Hi everyone,

I'm in a bit of a dilemma and could really use some advice from the community. I have received job offers from both Oracle (Cerner) and MakeMyTrip, and I'm having trouble deciding which one to choose. Both are offering almost the same total compensation, but there are some differences that I'm considering:

Oracle (Cerner):

Base Salary: 29 LPA
Stock: 20 LPA vested 25% per year
Work from Home (WFH) option

MakeMyTrip:

Base Salary: 31 LPA
Joining Bonus: 2 LPA
No stock option
5 days a week in the Gurgaon office

I'm particularly interested in your insights on the following aspects:

Quality of work and projects
Work culture and environment
Work-life balance

I'd appreciate any feedback or experiences you can share that might help me make an informed decision. Thanks in advance for your help!

Recently I received offer from TCS I am hoping in oracle practice so wants to know how is the team size and projects at TCS.
I never heard about oracle practice at TCS and got the call from TCS few weeks back so curious to know how old and how big is oracle practice in TCS

I have an offer from Oracle for an Applications Engineer role and another offer from Morgan Stanley for a Senior Associate role. I only have 10 days left on my notice period, and today I have scheduled a call with Oracle's hiring manager to learn more about the team and the tech stack they use. What questions should I ask to evaluate which firm would be better to join? The Oracle team works on ERP Cloud, while the Morgan Stanley role is in Fin-Risk-Prog & Prod Eng Tech.

Oracle's offer: 18L base + 1L PF + bonus(0-15%)
MS offer: 15L base + 1L PF + 2.24L variable(1.75L for the first year) + 1L JB
YOE: 1.5

I needed suggestion on which one to join.
YOE - 3.5
Given that -
Oracle cloud -
1. Provides WLB
2. Wfh / hybrid. Mostly WFH
3. A bit less learning opportunity
4. Fair pay
5. Job security is more here

Coinbase -
1. Exceptionally good pay
2. Bad WLB
3. Chances of getting fired if not performed well.
4. Competitive bar is more high

Also if someone over here can tell how is the work culture at coinbase.

Please correct me if I am wrong in any of the above points.
