What's salary expectation after 3yoe in oracle fusion hcm. (Absence, otl, payroll)?

I have working experience of 5+ years in the banking and IT industry. I am skilled in SQL and PL/SQL languages. I am working on Oracle Fusion Products. I find Data science and analytics fascinating, I want to make a career shift in this field. Please suggest how I can make this shift happen with no years of actual work experience in the data science and analytics field.

Hi everyone,i am working in PwC Oracle ERP domain right now and have 2.5 YOE (functional not technical )in the same role but i feel that Oracle ERP is not that great and do not wish to continue further in the same and want to switch to either Data analyst role or to SDE role in big tech.But, I am not sure about my interests and one of the main reasons i would want to switch to the above roles is the opportunities that are present as well because Oracle ERP pay is decent enough but work life balance is not great and when something does not interest you much i feel at-least wlb should be there. A much needed advice from the public would be helpful here if they have knowledge about the scope of oracle and how do i transition and gain relevant skills to Data analyst or SDE while still working in PwC. I joined Infosys as a fresher. Working as Oracle DBA and now having approx 2.3 Years of experience as an DBA. Can anyone please tell what is the future of Oracle DBA & Growth in terms of salary. Do I need to switch now and how much I can expect for my switch?

Hi all, I'm currently working at Accenture for 3.5 years as C11(Database) , I was undergoing a training in Oracle Supply Chain Management at a Online centre/startup for last 6 months. Now that startup want me to work as full time in the SCM technology but they are offering me the same salary package im currently getting now. The thing is they are working on many project things like SCP,SCM,WMS etc but mostly experienced persons used to take care of the technical part. Which leave me to just schedule calls,doing excel/docs, analyze in the call for hours but couldn't understand anything. I understand there is more of self learning needed than of KT. They are telling if I work here full time after a year they will recommend me for interview packages of 1 lakh per month. I want to know whether the Oracle Fusion SCM has a growth in market for next 10 years. And if i work in this startup and do only documentation and not work on technical stuff will i be able to clear the interviews with high packages(1 lakh/month) Should i take a risk and join that startup and work for a year with same package. Or should i be current technology (database) and search jobs externally?. Any of your inputs is fine please help 🙏.
