Got to know from my skip manager that there will be another round of layoffs starting Monday.

It has asked people to put down paper voluntary to receive severance pay to make it seem like valuntary resignations and not firing. Situation is not great with no hikes this year any way. All across funding reasons to remove people is the trend right now
