I am holding an offer from EY gds india for the position of 
Senior Consultant, they provided me joining date as 15 july 
Whereas my notice period end on 25 july.
Have ask hr to revise the same he told me , try if you can 
Negotiate the notice period in current org ,if not then drop us
An email after the month will revise the joining date .
Is this normal?
As I already resigned in my current organisation so little bit worried About this ,as HR person is hardly reply (as usual)

Anyway,
I have recently resigned from one of the big4 firms (or let's say I was forced to resign for some reasons).

I feel traumatized after my experience and also someone who is unable to talk about her emotions easily, I do not feel good and I'm unable to talk about it. I feel helpless and scared to go back to the corporate world.
Does anyone feel the same here?

Hi guys. I am working in a front end IB role with KPMG. 
There is a lot of movement going on here among BIG4s in terms of people poaching. One of the other Big 4 is poaching our 10-15 partners and ~130 professionals. My team partner has communicated to us that he has made his decision to move. Now he is having a one-on-one conversation with all of us regarding the terms and conditions.

My questions to all of you is:
1. What options do I have?
2. What monetary benefits can I expect and how much should I ask for?
3. If I say no to moving, can KPMG ask me to leave the job since my team has left?

Please advise.
