I really need some expert advice. I'm currently working at EY GDS as a Senior Consultant in SAP EWM, with a fixed salary of 22.4 LPA. I have good work and a good work-life balance. I've received an offer to switch to Accenture Strategy as a Management Consultant with a fixed salary of 32 LPA. Is it advisable to move to Accenture Strategy, considering Accenture hasn't given any salary hikes in the past two years and their variable pay isn't as competitive compared to EY GDS?

Folks from Accenture and EY GDS please let me know which position will be better senior consultant 2 at EY GDS or SDE Lead at Accenture in terms of career growth and compensation in future. Hi, Any idea about compensation range for Consultants at KPMG global services for consulting non tech background?

Hi all , I am a fresher and recently I have been seeing alot of reviews of people in consulting claiming to have CTC of 20-33LPA . Wanted to know what is the differenciation factor and how can one reach at that stage of pay scale . Because as of now as per my knowledge analyst is paid 6LPA and any consultant is paid 15 LPA or so in any Big 4.

Hello All I would like your input on whether it’s a good decision to join Accenture Strategy as a Management Consultant. I have 6 years of experience in SAP EWM and currently work at EY GDS with a CTC of 22.4 LPA plus a 10% variable. Accenture Strategy has offered me 34 LPA fixed, which totals 43 LPA with the variable component. However, I am aware that the variable pay at Accenture might not be reliable. Based on the fixed 34 LPA, would you recommend making the switch?

I personally feel that Big 4 has cornered the market for a lot of entry level professionals. It is somehow considered that Big 4 is a prestigious job ( but, without the prestigious pay lmao). I personally feel that these companies need to be disrupted so hard by a small and lean team using tech to solve problems at their scale and F them over to teach them a lesson on their complacency.
