However now i want to upskill my self, and create a portfolio for my resume. So which all projects idea i should do and technologies I should learn for switching? Open for other ideas as well

Need suggestions

I dream to work at one of the Big Product Based companies from FAANG and others. I'm a software Tester currently serving Notice Period.
I needed some info on what are some different roles in Software Testing in these companies like SDET, QA, etc. Whats min experience they require?
I need some tips start from my resume. I wanna know what kinda resume do such companies require? I can get the information for skillset n stuff from YT and more but,
What SPECIAL resumes do these Organizations require thats one big question for me?

What AI tools / technologies / Courses should I learn / do which will be helpful for my career in Automation Testing ?

Hey guys, I'm currently in manual testing. I want to upskill myself. How do I get started with automation testing? Any courses or certifications I should do?

manual QA won’t take you far.
A) If you’re fresher from Tier 3 college:

Take elitmus test and apply for QA job. Best time for fresher to get jobs as lots of companies hiring fresher/interns/0-2 YoE guy.

B) starting a career in QA/junior QA:

Learn a language and a tool for each domain like PlayWright/Cypress/Selenium from UI automation, RestAssured/Postman/Karate for API and learn about test planning, jira for test management.  Start with either UI/API not both.
  
And later on keep learning about CI tools like Jenkins/Azure/AWS.   
  
Make yourself visible in common group instead of dev DM.   
  
Communicate to PM/Design/Dev team for feature testing. Get yourself involved in PRD(Google it) stage rather when dev give you build. Make team life easy by identifying friction/bottleneck in team and implement a process and reiterates.  
  
P.S.- Don’t start with codeless automation tool.
  
3.5 LPA to 67 LPA as QA in 7 years as Automation QA.

Hi Folks! I am currently working as a manual tester. Its been 4 years I am doing this and now I have no mood to continue as a manual tester.

Can u guys suggest ke how can i change my career path from a manual to automation tester? Which course will be helpful for this? Because I tried contacting few institutions such as Crio.Do, Star Agile but the issue is they are either asking for a high course fee or their rating is very poor.

Please suggest a correct way so that i can transform my career. Thanks!
