Hi Guys- i have 3.3 yrs of experience and Need to understand the scope of automation testing now and in future, since I can do little coding stuff does it makes sense switch to dev, if that is the case then which technology I can choose.

Hi peeps, I have started my career in testing. So far it was manually and one in blue moon, automation testing using selenium. However now i want to upskill my self, and create a portfolio for my resume. So which all projects idea i should do and technologies I should learn for switching? Open for other ideas as well

PS : please refrain from suggesting generic automation testing projects like Facebook login page etc. I am looking for something which has a ‘wow’ factor.

Hi Folks! I am currently working as a manual tester. Its been 4 years I am doing this and now I have no mood to continue as a manual tester.

Can u guys suggest ke how can i change my career path from a manual to automation tester? Which course will be helpful for this? Because I tried contacting few institutions such as Crio.Do, Star Agile but the issue is they are either asking for a high course fee or their rating is very poor.

Please suggest a correct way so that i can transform my career. Thanks!

How to Switch from Manual to Automation testing

I am Senior QA Analyst with 6 years of experience in QA which includes 6 years of Functional Testing, 3.5 years of Automation Testing, 1.5 years of API Testing. I am planning to switch from my company. it's my first switch, so what is the package I can expect of my experience. currently my package is 11 LPA - 10 Lpa - fixed.

I am a manual tester , i wanna switch to automation testing role please suggest what all tools I can learn

I hold a 3 yr experience in QA, and I tend to be the favourite tester/Quality Analyst for my clients as well.
Before that I was a flutter developer for 4 months and i enjoyed development.
I continued to work on flutter in my free time in parallel with QA tasks.
But i have no written proof or experience in flutter.
I left it after 1 year as managing both were difficult.
I want to start picking flutter again, but  somewhere I think I would not be an efficient developer as I'm an efficient and a good QA.

Can someone please help me here?
Help me to understand if i should pick flutter or not?
N if I should, will I get a higher pay than I am receiving today?

Hi All is Automation QA a good career choice  what I generally feel is SDE is much more recession proof and rewarding and easy to switch jobs as well . With QA is it decent enough to get a good pay at a good company and is it future proof .
