Finasteride or nothing. Minoxidil will only increase blood supply and make your hair look better won’t regrow lost hairline.

For me it started in college itself, i have been using hair patch now since when i was 23 ( currently about to be 27 ) , i don’t really have any issue with it, no even even knows i use it ( like literally not even my flatmates, my family and my gf are the only ones who know about it )
However i would advise take care of your hair, save them if you can, best of luck.
How does it work? Does it stay in your head permanently or can you take it off? Also, why not transplant?
it is held by scalp safe tape, and the hold is pretty strong. i just need to get it out in once in 10 days for servicing.
Personally i felt transplant is not that safe specially in India and moreover the hair density in the hair transplant isn’t that much, i wanted head full of hair. Also, even after transplant ít requires a lot of care and there is no guarantee that hair are going to stay but with hair patch, i don’t need to worry about all of it,

Change shampoo.
These L'Oréal Tresemme Headnshoulder are shit.
Treat water. Women I know in Bangalore wash hair with RO water because the water is that bad.
Also in most cases these are genetic, if men in your family have receding hairline, you are most likely to get it.

What shampoo would you recommend for men?
Bangalore water: I think I'll just add a water filter to the tap itself.
My dad developed balding in late 30s/early 40s. Why so soon for me?

I mean they also didn't apply 10 different products to their hair. And also they used to regularly oil their hair and maybe stress level has a role too?

Tell a little more about your scalp health. Redness, itching, thinning ?

No redness or itching. May be thinning to some extent.
No smoking. Frequent junk food intake. I used to workout but have stopped for the last 1 month.

1. Dutasteride 0.5mg twice a week (usually weekends)
2. Oral Minoxidil (2.5 Mg) - 1 daily - better than topical minoxidil means no itching, flaking etc
3. Use some mild shampoo.

Dutaateride helps reduce testosterone conversion to DHT, directly impacts the prostate. Are you sure this is helpful? Did you have any prior pro state issues?

Before your scalp looses hair, loose your hair. Save the root. Keep it absolutely short. It helps.

Start applying Minoxidil. That’s the *only* solution, which can stop your receding hairline. The earlier you start the better.
Otherwise hair transplant is the only option left.
All dermatologists recommend Minoxidil only, though still better to consult one. They can recommend a couple of multi-vitamin as well.
In Bangalore, CUTIS is good. Dr. Chandrashekhar.
1. Use RO water to wash hair
2. Eat dry fruits like almonds, green vegetables, protein rich foods.
3. Stop smoking if u do.
4.lead a healthy lifestyle exercise atleast 4 days a week.
5. Use castor oil with coconut oil for massaging your scalp.
Bhai same situation(24M), I have switched to RO water for hair wash and using rosemary oil with some carrier oil almost thrice a week thodi condition improve hui h (i heard take approx 1-2 months to take effect)... aur also visit some dermatologist
I am using sunflower rosemary oil and caster carrie oil ...mostly daily ...apply at night and then wash it with indulekha shampoo in morning ( switching to sunflower onion shampoo this month) .. doing daily 3 weeks now...
Gave good result...got some baby hair and also little better in the hair line...starting to cover and having baby hair now..
Previously used to do daily two time minoxidil and derma roller 3-4 times a week.. that too gave okay okay result.
P.S. - Don't have that much bad hairline just noticed a little and started doing minoxidil and now rosemary oil and i use normal drinking water that comes in pg for washing hair.
