How are you getting 38LPA at Angel One at your YOE? I recently interviewed with them (3.6 YOE), had excellent performance in each interview round, still they didn't go beyond 30 in the offer claiming it's their max band for SDE-2. Eventually I went for a better offer.

I got in when the market was high, they have 6 yoe people earning 65lpa. You probably didn't get any stocks. You can find 48lpa offers for sde-2s if you look up in leetcode discuss.
