Hi I joined as a fresher and having 2yr exp currently in dotnet field was in a project and got released from project due to rampdown and as on bench after that almost for months struggled for projects gave several interviews but they seeked for 5 yr experienced 

I frankly don't have too much handson 
How should I prepare for my next job please guide 
Tech stack c# ,asp.net core ,MVC ,react ,SQL 
What type of questions are asked and coding round how to prepare for that 
Any suggestions or criticism please feel free to post it i really need suggestions regarding this feeling helpless right now with no guidance in this field.

Hey 

I joined infosys in oct - 2022 and now it’s been 1.8 months. My tech stack is MEAN stack but I was on bench through the year, recently got into a project but for only 4 months. I developed and learned by my own and gained a better knowledge on angular.
Now the situation my company has made for me that I need to switch asap, within a month or two.

Can anyone suggest me how to prep specifically so that I get offers from other company.

My DSA skills are gone and feel like I need to learn again from basics.
I have knowledge about angular.

Can anyone suggest me how much DSA I should learn and focus right now to clear interviews.
I’m planning to get a grasp over python and start doing DSA questions in that plus polishing my angular skills too. 
I have basic knowledge of node.js MongoDb too.

Will I’ll be able to switch within this time frame?

Please can anyone guide me through it so that I can plan smartly and can switch.

Hi everyone , i am currently working as 1yr exp dev working in startup which recently had taken series of layoffs . Though i am saved i now am trying my best to switch but sadly not getting response. Please suggest few strategies. I have already tried commons ones like cold mails , linkedin , naukri , insta hyre, recruiting agenices etc. . I apply a lot but dont recieve any response. Need help on job switch from senior employees

Hi Friends, I was working for past 2.5 yrs in wipro. I know languages like sql, power bi, python. But after joining wipro they allocated me in c++ skill and also they didn't allocated me in proper technical project until 1st yr. In the second year i went into bench then after 3 mnths HR called me and told if i not got any project LOP will be initiated. So i searched for even non technical opportunity and got one, finally i was working in technical support shift basis. 

Now I want to switch company with my old skills but i not having proper handson in projects. How can I get handson and can crack the interview. And also how I can explain the experience without any work. Please suggest me.

Since, situation in the market is a little tight, I'm hardly finding any non internship opportunities for freshers. Kindly let me know of any sources or any suggestions on how to move on from here. Seeing my friends getting fired from FAANG co. and still not get any other offer makes me more disheartened. Please help.

I'm working in service based company in worst tech (acc to me ). There are not enough projects still they hire so many freshers .

Current now I'm  1 year 3 months exp

I'm doing self study of data engineer and done some decent project .

Should I plan for internal switch or look for outside opportunities.
Will I get atleast mid senior role outside?(im planning after 2 years exp)
I don't wanna start again in entry level.

What checklist should I follow to successful switch.
I didn't get any hike for my first year( that's y I'm planning all this)

Hey , I'm Btech CSE graduate from PTU Jalandhar ( completed in sept 2022) after that worked for 5-6 months as data analyst ( non - tech field ) and from there onwards did nothing for a year due to hiring freeze , joinings revoked in TCS Infosys. as I was less skilled in coding n all that time so not eligible for big companies and layoffs happening since then.
