Resume creation for getting shortlisted even if company using ATS system?

I've been applying for Senior Product Manager jobs and have got experience of 6 years as a developer once and as Product Manager in B2B and B2C sectors. I always get automated responses from companies. I'm starting to wonder if that's because of low ATS scores or something else which is wrong with the Resume.

I've been applying for internships for the past 2 weeks. Just wanted to know if I'm getting it right, do companies use ATS to evaluate and reject candidates? I have been using my custom resume for getting a product design internship, but I have had zero luck so far. Should I make an ATS one? Some help would be appreciated :)

Hi Grapeviners, I have ten years of work ex in performance marketing and CRM. I started job search actively from Feb 15 this year and landed first interview today. How bad is the market out there. I usually get hired with in 30 job applications, also I apply to the role only if 70% and above role match with my previous experience also use referrals when available. What could be the possible reasons for my resume NOT getting selected by FAANG? I am trying to apply for a BIA position in google, but in the last few tries my resume isn't even getting shortlisted, i applied through google careers. I have changed the format of resume made it simpler one and applied again, my professional background is also matching, I am Business analyst in amazon. How can i join as BIA at google? any advices? any analytics manager from google or any manager in general from google?

Hello friends Hope the title is self explanatory Some context, I am a SDE - 2 with 3 yoe and my resume never gets shortlisted . Whatever interviews I had given were because of recruiters reaching out to me on LinkedIn. I’m from a Tier 1 college and have good ratings on codechef and CF I’m so confused seeing people talk about how they get 1-2 calls a day. Could someone please let me know what could be the issue? I apply to companies like Stripe, Postman, coin base , msft etc

I have been applying for roles since 2 months, with my custom made resume format. Haven't received any calls at all. I have used this format previously a couple of years ago, and I received a decent amount of calls in a months time. Have the whole recruiting industry moved to ATS? Should I consider building a more ATS friendly resume?
