Resume Recommendations

I have been applying for BIA positions or Business analyst positions but my resume isn't getting shortlisted in good companies. I am currently a Business analyst working in a FAANG company already and have relevant work experience. I am assuming it's something to do with my resume being ATS friendly, i tried making it as friendly as possible for ATS but only getting calls from random small companies. Any HR professionals out here? please give some guidance what I should do to make my resume get shortlisted?

I've been applying for internships for the past 2 weeks. Just wanted to know if I'm getting it right, do companies use ATS to evaluate and reject candidates? I have been using my custom resume for getting a product design internship, but I have had zero luck so far. Should I make an ATS one? Some help would be appreciated :)

How to remake the resume which can be passed through the ATS ? Also, would like to know where can we find a list of keywords for various roles and professions.

I desperately disappointed hunting jobs from last one year although I have one year experience in java receiving rejected mails ! Any one suggest to make best resume which passes ATS test !

Hi Grapeviners, I have ten years of work ex in performance marketing and CRM. I started job search actively from Feb 15 this year and landed first interview today. How bad is the market out there. I usually get hired with in 30 job applications, also I apply to the role only if 70% and above role match with my previous experience also use referrals when available. Hello Fine Viners- it's been 2 months now that I am actively looking for a job change. Have faced instances where the HR calls me regarding the scheduling of the interview, but vo hota hi nahi hai! Even if the interview is scheduled, I don't get an update post that call. I have rejected 2 offers (there are solid reasons to do so) and have been rejected from 2 :( LinkedIn and IIMjobs are on a constant battle on who will give me the most rejection emails or updates. Anyways, I am getting a bit worried lately and wanted to know from ya'll, IS HIRING EVEN HAPPENING!? I've been applying for Senior Product Manager jobs and have got experience of 6 years as a developer once and as Product Manager in B2B and B2C sectors. I always get automated responses from companies. I'm starting to wonder if that's because of low ATS scores or something else which is wrong with the Resume.
