Hi folks, I have asked Accenture to revise my salary as they have given way less for YOE. My client interview is done and I am selected for the client but they are not saying anything regarding compensation revision so finally I mailed them today but yet no response and I have attached the screenshot of compensation from other company with same amount (both have low balled me ).
I want to know if they will revise the salary, if the client already selected me for the project. Folks from Accenture any idea on this?

Hi All,

I have cleared the final round of interview with Accenture and I was told i will get a call from HR for further process but today I received a regret mail from Accenture stating they are unable to process my application due to not meeting the expected compensation.

At the initial stage they asked me for the expected CTC I mentioned a 60% hike, but I am ready to negotiate.

Without discussing they sent regret mail, how should I approach HR to negotiate or 
is my profile completely rejected?

I have received an offer from Accenture which is on the lower side on the market standard and less than what i was expecting. I know they can raise the offer but I don't know how to approach it correctly ,to ask them without offending or you know being rude or showing a negative side. Hi folks, I have got offer from both Accenture and EY GDS. I have accepted the offer from Accenture but haven't accepted the EY offer yet as they provided it last week. EY have just matched the Accenture offer that also with fixed compensation showing no exact ctc. I am a little confused if I should accept the offer from EY as well.

Note - 1. Both have the same location.
2. same compensation 
3. Both low balled me

My tech stack is python having overall 6.2 yoe. I still have 2 months left for my notice period to end but confused on should I accept EY offer as well.

Hi, I have recently made a move from Acn ATCI to S&C as a Management Consulting Analyst which I'm happy about but as this was an internal movement I didn't get any hike or change in the Pay. Does this mean I am selected in the 1st round and moving to the next one or should it be a general process of hiring? Can someone please confirm me about it?

I got an offer for App development lead (manag -9) in SAP Integration of 16Lpa (fixed) and 27% variable though in starting it was mentioned that budget is 20.5lpa to 22.5lpa fixed. But now they are saying if I will come with any counter offer, they will increase. How much salary they can give for this role? Please advise. Will they increase?

	•	Fixed: 9.4 LPA
	•	Variable: 1.97 LPA (21%)
	•	Total CTC: 11.3 LPA
	•	Level: 10

Currently, I’m working at TCS with a CTC of 7.9 LPA (1 LPA variable) and have 2.5 years of experience.

Would you recommend accepting the offer from Accenture or staying with TCS? Any advice on this would be really helpful!

I recently received an offer letter from Accenture as a Packaged App Developer Analyst, but the job location mentioned is Kolkata, whereas my preferred location, as discussed, is Noida. When I reached out to the third-party hiring partner, they advised me to accept the offer, submit the required documents, and assured me that location would not be a constraint. They suggested that I drop an email to the respective HR to request a change in the base location.

However, it's been 20 days since I contacted the HR team, and I haven't received any response. My date of joining is in the first week of November, and I'm concerned about whether it's possible to get the location changed to Noida in the offer letter.

Could anyone guide me on what steps I should take next? Is it likely that Accenture will update my job location as requested?
