In accenture,  please don't consider the variable pay, because they gave 100% variable pay only during covid. I have just now joined accenture and I also had a counter offer and asked for increase, but they have me increas3 only in variable pay.. It's been 6 months since I have joined , i haven't received my variable pay even once. Also, whenever I ask how much variable pay I'll get , everyone says that only 10% or maximum 50% of variable pay will be received . So be cautious.. The higher the fixed is better in Accenture according to me !

I would like your input on whether it’s a good decision to join Accenture Strategy as a Management Consultant. I have 6 years of experience in SAP EWM and currently work at EY GDS with a CTC of 22.4 LPA plus a 10% variable. Accenture Strategy has offered me 34 LPA fixed, which totals 43 LPA with the variable component. However, I am aware that the variable pay at Accenture might not be reliable. Based on the fixed 34 LPA, would you recommend making the switch?

I have got my HR round discussion at Accenture for the position of Application Lead coming up next week. Hence I thought of picking your brains to resolve a conundrum regarding a reasonable salary that I can ask for.

Location: Bengaluru
Current CTC: 15 LPA
Expected CTC: 23 -  26 LPA
TechStack: Mainframe Developer
YOE: 9 years.

Can you let me know whether my expected CTC is a reasonable amount considering my YOE, tech stack and location. Or should I ask for more/less ?

Hey Accenture people I need your valuable insights, i received an offer letter today the offer letter is for level 9 team lead , they offered me 21.80 as fixed and 0-27% variable , I asked for 25 fix atleast. There are few things I need to clarify first the hr said at this level this is the max fixed they can give is this true , if anyone at level 9 have more fixed than this please let me know. Recently I got an offer from Accenture ( Kolkata location) in Data & AI vertical. I was interviewed in tech stacks like GenAI, AI&ML. Currently I am working in Deloitte USI and have around 6.5 yrs of experience. I am up for promotion as well but my promotion was denied this year. Not sure what will happen next year.

I want to know how's the project in this vertical and job security, wlb in Accenture. Also in the offer letter variable component is mentioned from 0-27%. How's the variable scenario in Accenture. Need your honest opinions. Accenture is giving me 25LPA fixed.
