I think buying a home before retirement doesn't make sense

If your job field is stable. With current scenario with startup ecosystem, don’t depend on the pay and buy with loan. 
  
 If you’re not from startup’s , have a stable job to some extent, then can take the risk 
  
 But my opinion is, earn and save as much as you can, so your life becomes financial freedom..

When you can make down payment of 30-40%, handle EMIs within 50% of take hand salary and conviction to stay in the same house.
