Rent or buy Flat
I have been in Bangalore for the last 3 years and am thinking about having my next atleast 15 years here in Bangalore. What will be the better option? Renting the flat as per job location or just buying a flat.
What would be a better investment opportunity in Bangalore. Is it worth getting an apartment on loan and pay the emi from rent received? or would it be better to get a land a little away from the city. if yes then which areas would you recommend.
Plot is better. Consult a broker. Flats are waste if above 60 lakh including interiors. Don't buy bigger apartments they are even more waste.
If you want to invest and you have funds and you are okay with moderate risk, I would propose go for a recently launched projects of A cat builders and sell after 2-3 years. I am assuming 1.5 would appreciate to 1.8 (atleast) that should be around 20 percent.
What’s the “risk” here ?
The rally is due to inventory shortfall. It will plateau soon.
Buying a house imo is an emotional choice. It's only human. Definitely considering this for an investment has its own pros and cons. If you look closely people in their 20s would advise against it but people in their 30s would generally go for it.
There are also multiple tiers to the buying preferences. A young buyer would go for an apartment in the middle of the city. When they enter 40s they would prefer villa.
A lot of it is subjective. And it's your call.
