Runners, What are the best running shoes under INR 15K?
Average running distance: 5K to 20K Surface: Road Shoe preference: Stability Brand Preference: Open to all Please share your best recommedations
*I don't run anymore.
You should mention what you use currently. Fits are brand specific and take a while to find. Try and get a fitment done especially for pronation. It'll help you prolong your running and make it injury / stress free.
But here's a reco from my running experience:
Brooks Adrenaline GTS 22
Hoka Carbon x3 (paisa vasool shoe)
Puma Deviate Nitro's
ASICs multiple options but prefer the Gel's
Get fitted and choose per your running style.
@TallTales69 you always strike to me as a person of fine taste!
Where can one get a fitment done in a city like Bangalore? Asking as a noob

Pretty much a lot of folks answered here, but you can never go wrong with Asics and Hoka. Some that I personally use are
Nike Zoom X Invincible (daily trainers)
Asics Gel Nimbus (daily trainers + long runs)
Asics Trabuco Max 2 (these are trail shoes for rainy days)
Planning to get a pair of Hoka soon.
@AvgRasmalaiEnjoyer love that the Gel Nimbus comes up again and again! May buy this
Asics Gel Nimbus, they're the best running shoes I've owned, and I've owned quite a few!
Have been using Asics Gel Kayano 28/29/30 for quite some time now. They have been the best for the buck! Quite stable, the sole support is top notch, durable( on avg I ran for 430+kms regularly).
Recently I have got a pair from Nike as well. Works fine for me (Downshifter, latest one).

Neutral runners:
- nike Pegasus (most popular running shoe)
- Asics gel nimbus
Stability shoes:
- Asics Gel Kayano 30 (I use this)
I know Hoka and Brooks also makes some really good shoes but don't know much
When somebody has over pronation / flat feet.
In simple terms, my feet moves inwards while running, stability shoes has firm cushion on the inward side and regular soft cushioning on the outward side.
Another way to check this is, check soles of existing worn out shoes. If they are worn from middle then good, else you may want to check whether you need stability shoes

Daily runners should be Nike Pegasus because they can be worn out. I personally don't like the way Asics shoes look but that's personal. I like to have a pair of shoes that can be worn out and run in.
Also does anyone here use separate shoes for the gym, if so do share them as well, thanks :D
